Have you ever wondered what to do with all those facebook friends that you really do not know that well? Well it looks like burger king has given one reason to just maybe cut that list down a little by offering you up a free whopper by un-friending 10 of them.
The application is available on Facebook and at Whopper Sacrafice.com.
So would you trade 10 friends for a whopper or not?

I would not trade 10 friends for a whopper either.I might eat there 3 times a year if that.

No, I'm cutting on my meat intake and besides I only have a few facebook 'friends' to trade. Maybe if they would buy an ad space on my site, I might reconsider...;-)

This is one of the strangest marketing campaigns I have ever seen... :O Wonder what they were thinking.

sounds kind of brutal, but then again a Whopper is pretty good.
p.s. I noticed you are following Round the Water Cooler with Sketch; we've discontinued that blog, and Sketch is back at http://sketchsoundsoff.blogspot.com, in case you want to update. Sorry for the trouble Steve. Hope your Monday is going well.

Since I am on a diet I would only do it for a whopper jr and would only ax 5 friends.

That's really clever actually. Current, timely, cheap and guaranteed to get lots of free media coverage because it's got Facebook in it and people have heard of Facebook.
