The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Yahoo has rejected Microsofts $44.6 billion bid.
Yahoo says that the $31 per share offer undervalues Yahoo.

Yahoo plans to send a letter to microsoft on Monday spelling out its position.

    Personally, I think Yahoo did the right thing, but that's just me. They are Google's biggest competition so I wouldn't sell for low either!

    I believe yahoo did the right thing also.Yahoo will team up with someone soon,and their search will switch to google.

    I totally do not know that Yahoo wants to sell or merge etc.

    Only vaguely heard of it somewhere before, then these few days I saw various blogs posting about it.

    Why does Yahoo wants to sell anyway aye?
