Mike Filsamie has launched a new twitter application named TweetGlide.It is very similar to Tweetdeck for all you twitter users familiar with that twitter application,but with a lot of other very cool features.
One of the main differences
is with tweetglide you have the option to make money something not added in the tweetdeck application.
I just downloaded this app today,and will report back with my findings on it.In the mean time have a look

It has been a long time coming,but twitter has finally removed deleted tweets from it's search index.
Always before if you tweeted something you may regret or just made a spelling mistake,missed typed
a url or anything else you wanted deleted it still showed up in the search results.Now it no longer does,and I beleive this is because of the search deal with Google,and Microsoft.So you will not have to worry about a tweet you deleted showing up as number one with google.
Tweetboard is a new micro-forum type application that brings in your twitter stream in near real time.It is a powerful viral tool that engages your online readers.Each time someone posts (or replies) via your board, a link back to the corresponding conversation is appended to their tweet, creating a viral stream of Twitter traffic to your website.
It looks like you can place your bets on twitter being sold in 2009 from Bet Online.com. Companies like Facebook, Google and Microsoft are all mulling over a bid for Twitter.

It appears that Twitter has been hit with the stalkdaily worm.It looks like if you visit the profile page of someone infected by the worm it could lead your profile to be infected as well.Infected users spam tweets directing to the StalkDaily site.It would be wise to not go to the stalkdaily site as well.You should probably not visit profile pages until twitter issues a report of this being fixed.

Twitter is rolling out a new homepage design which will place a twitter search box in the right hand sidebar of the homepage.By default it will only crawl the tweets from those you follow.You will also be able to save searchs,and revisit them at a later time.Twitter co-founder Biz Stone has confirmed this in a blog post,and you can read it here.

The news floating around the blog world this week has been that twitter was going to start charging corporate users a fee for it's service.Well according to a blog post by twitter founder Biz Stone this is not true.
