I would have to say facebook hands down.With facebook your customers get to know you on a personal basis.
Facebook is better for business compare to twitter. twitter can not use for business purpose. i am using facebook for my business.

I'd have to say facebook it's more personal.
twitter is a micro blogging site and facebook is the networking site. and for business purpose i found facebook is worked because the person can found the detail information about the company, person and their work experience and work area. with the help of twitter you can publish the short msg or news in the network but you can not attract the customers for business.
I think both are good,but I would have to say Facebook is better.

It’s what you are trying to achieve, who you are trying to reach and which tool or set of tools best serves your needs that really counts.
