1. If websites link in only using a URL, it's not so bad if keyword text what about site is in the domain name
2. Title meta tag is the most important thing for best ranking in the SERP-s, but it should be best that title tag and heading h1 of web page be the same
3. IMHO PR depends besides mentioned factors of ratio between inbound and outbound links

5. It is very important to have keyword in the domain name.

Nice post. My top strategy is finding 50 - 100 high authority sites/blogs relates to my niche and then doing all I can to get backlinks from those sites. I am a firm believer that quality over quantity will win everything single time. More quality links is what ever webmaster should be aiming for. Thanks
