Yahoo has replied to the three-week ultimatum Microsoft made on Saturday.
In a letter to Microsoft Ceo Steve Ballmer yahoo stated that yahoo is
not opposed to microsofts offer,but that the bid is just to low.
"Our board's view of your proposal has not changed," wrote Chairman Roy Bostock and CEO Jerry Yang (via Reuters). "We continue to believe that your proposal is not in the best interests of Yahoo and our stockholders."

For a few months now I have heard nothing more about this offer. I assumed it was over. Now all the sudden I am hearing the potential of a hostile takeover.
