Forester Research has asked 5,000 online consumers about what content
,and functionality they look for in a site.
The study was conducted in light of consumers' increasing preference for online content versus traditional media.

    Hi Steve,
    I always feel better about ordering a new product if I can read reviews from others first. But it has been rare to see those reviews on many sites, so I'm glad they're realizing how important it is to us consumers.
